Kaci is an aspiring changemaker, dedicated to bridging gaps between lived experience, research, and impactful action. With a background in human rights and experience across social sectors, she works to empower communities and organisations to create meaningful, lasting change.

As a Project Lead, Kaci works at the intersection of research, evaluation, and social impact. With a strong passion for fostering connections, amplifying the voices of those with lived experience, connecting the dots, and identifying themes that inspire action, she works to create spaces where individuals and communities can contribute to shaping more equitable and impactful outcomes.

Since 2020, Kaci has been involved in a variety of design and evaluation initiatives across the homelessness, family and domestic violence, education, health, and mental health sectors. Her recent project experience includes This is Manly, a family and domestic violence primary prevention initiative that harnesses the power of young people and role models to challenge harmful norms and promote respectful relationships. She has also worked with the EON Foundation to develop a measurement and evaluation framework that helps the organisation tell their own compelling story of impact. Across all her work, she is driven by a deep belief in collaboration and the importance of co-designing solutions with the people most affected.

Kaci holds a Double Master’s in International Law and International Relations (2022), which has shaped her strong research background in international law, human rights, and Indigenous rights, both in Australia and internationally. Her academic and professional experiences reinforce her commitment to social justice and systemic change, principles that guide her work across all sectors.
