Susan Mann is Chair of the ThirdStory board. Her career has spanned education, policy, leadership, and the not-for-profit sector. Susan’s passion lies in system transformation - supporting change and innovation that puts people first.

Susan has spent decades working in education in Australia and beyond, as an Industrial Advocate, Secondary Teacher, Teacher Educator, Policy Analyst, and Senior Administrator. She has also had the pleasure of leading not-for-profit organisations, serving as Chief Operating Officer of the Learning Federation and Chief Executive Officer of Curriculum Corporation and Education Services Australia.

Susan’s role as a board member of ThirdStory is a natural extension of her commitment to strengthening communities and empowering individuals. Susan believes that being part of ThirdStory and working with its dedicated team is an immense privilege.

When not involved in ThirdStory, you will find Susan bushwalking, tending to her alpacas, and walking her dog.
